These terms are issued by MFSLBlueBinder and cover mfslguide.com, including Blue Binder text alerts. The staff verbal agreement script is at mfslguide.com/sms-consent. The privacy policy is at mfslguide.com/privacy.

Staff text alerts

MFSLBlueBinder sends texts to a staff mobile number only after that person says yes to the script. The texts are alerts that a guest sent an in-house note, placed a supply order, or included a note at check-in. Message frequency varies with guest activity. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing is not required in order to work a shift, and it is not required for a guest to use the guide.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. An administrator can also remove the number. After STOP, MFSLBlueBinder will not send further alerts to that number unless the person agrees again.

Guest clean text

On the early check-in form, a guest may check a box that starts unchecked. If they check it and enter a mobile number, MFSLBlueBinder sends one text when that unit’s clean is finished. The box is optional. The early check-in request can be sent without it. Message frequency is one message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Text message consent

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A texting provider may deliver these messages. Consent is not sold or transferred.

Guest guides

Unit guides are provided for the current stay. Instructions, orders, and notes are for operating that stay. They are not an offer of marketing messages.
